"Decent Experience"
Delivery was spot on, no time wasted. However, the candles I got weren't quite what I hoped for; one had a cracked wax and the other lost its wax from the holding cup, making a bit of a mess. Not great since these were gifts. But when I reached out, they were really sorry about it and handled the problem quickly, offering me choices for a refund or a discount.

Simply amazing. As a beauty marketing director, I've purchased Trudon from various retailers over the years (used to snag them from PR, but those days are long gone!!) and LCS was just wonderful.
I’m not sure how they managed to get my order delivered before Christmas, especially since I placed it on the 20th with all those strikes happening! Great prices and beautifully packaged, plus the website is super user-friendly. Five stars from me, and I’ll definitely be back!

"Not exactly what I hoped for..."
I placed my order for the candle on December 19th, and while it was dispatched pretty fast, it didn’t show up until December 28th. I snagged a 3kg Cire Trudon at a fantastic price during the sale, but there was no mention of the glass being flawed. The candle itself has a lovely scent, but the glass container is all wonky at the top. My son got the same one, and his is just as uneven at the top. It would’ve been nice to have that info in the sale details so I could’ve made a better choice.
